Graduation audits have been completed for the students listed below.
Check the list to verify that...
- your name is included
- your name is correctly spelled
- your name is as you wish it to appear in the graduation brochure
- your program(s) is/are correct
- honor graduate status is indicated if appropriate
You must complete and submit the Graduate Information Form in each of the following situations:
- Your name is included and it should not be
- Your name is NOT included but should be
Completion and submission of this form is required.
NOTE: Submission of the form does not automatically add your name to the graduation candidate list. The list is updated every Friday evening. Check weekly to see if your name is included.
A "candidate" included on the Graduation Candidates list is not a graduate until all program requirements are satisfied. The graduation audit includes all course completed and courses in process with the expectation the in process courses will be successfully completed. Failing to successfully complete any course in the final semester could result in a “candidate” being unable to graduate.
The GPA of the “candidate” is based on courses completed at the time the student applied for graduation. The honor status of the graduate could change depending on the final grades of courses in progress. The program GPA for the program from which the student is graduating will be used to determine graduate honor status.
