2009 Talbots Women's Scholarship   Applicant must be a woman currently residing in the U.S. or Canada, have earned a high school diploma or GED on or before September 1999, be enrolled or planning to enroll in a full or part-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two or four year college, attending the full 2009-2010 academic year (receiving a degree no earlier than May 2010), and have at least two semesters (24 credit hours or more) remaining to complete an undergraduate degree (students who have previously obtained a bachedor's degree are not eligible to apply) as of the beginning of the 2009 fall academic term. Awards are based primarily on financial need and previous achievements.

Department of Health and Family Services, DCFS Scholarship   Youth who have been in out-of-home care (foster home, group home, residential care center or court ordered Kinship Care) in Wisconsin for at least six (6) months after the age of fifteen (15) and are entering a degree, license or certificate program. Or have been in OHC placement in another state but has become a resident of Wisconsin. Must be accepted into an institution of higher education at the time the application is submitted. Must be age twenty (20) or less, unless enrolled in a post-secondary program on his/her 21st birthday, extending eligibility to age twenty three (23). First time applicants must provide a copy of acceptance letter from the institution of higher education; previous applicants renewing award must provide proof of successful completion of the prior semester.

DNA of Commerce   Applicant must be attending CVTC in the Truck Driving or Diesel/Heavy Equipment Technician program. Eau Claire Energy Cooperative Federated Youth Foundation Scholarship Award   Applicant or applicant's family must be an active member of Eau Claire Energy Cooperative and currently receive energy service at their residence. Applicant must display average or above average academic records; display potential to successfully continue achievement in a post-secondary public or private college, university junior college or vocational school program of choice which will lead to an associate degree or one year diploma; be accepted into the school where the scholarship would apply; and display unusual financial requirements or special circumstances. Edward L. Simeth, TDMAW Precision Metalworking Technical College Scholarship   Applicants must:
Be enrolled in a Machine Tool Operations Program or Tool & Die Program at any accredited Wisconsin technical college;
Have completed at least one (1) semester at an accredited Wisconsin technical college;
Have a 3.0 GPA;

Epilepsy Foundation of Western Wisconsin   Must have a primary diagnosis of epilepsy/seizure disorder; provide name of physician and name of anticonvulsant medication(s). Fabricators and Manufacturers Association (FMA) Foundation   Applicant must be a full-time student with a minimum 2.5 CGPA, a member of FMA or TPA, or a child of a member, or the employee of a member company, or the child of a member company's employee. Jack Kent Cooke Foundation 2009 Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship Program   To be eligible to compete for the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship, a candidate must be a current student at an accredited US community college or two-year institution with sophomore status by December 31, 2008, OR a recent graduate (within the last five years); have a cumulative college grade point average of 3.50 or better on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent); plan to transfer to a four-year college or university to begin studies in fall 2009; be nominated by his or her two-year institution; have unmet financial need; and have not previously been nominated for the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship.
Students must be nominated by their two-year institutions. They cannot apply directly. Each accredited two-year institution may nominate two candidates.
To apply for a scholarship, you are required to complete and submit an online application. Once the nursing student has reached the "senior status" of their nursing program, they are eligible to work as a Nurse Technician. New York Life Foundation Scholarship Program for Women in the Health Professions   Must be officially accepted into an accredited health care program of study at a U.S. institution, be a woman 25 years of age or older, and be a U.S. citizen.
