Designed for You
We know you are busy. That is why we’ve created courses that are flexible, affordable, and blend traditional classroom teaching with online resources available when you need them.

A Quality Learning Experience
All of our courses encourage students to use their personal and professional experience as the basis for their knowledge. Classes are scheduled in small-group format that make education exciting, dynamic, and personal. College for Working Adults works with your life and your schedule. Classes will be offered to meet on the same days and the same times throughout the entire program. All classes are held in the evenings from 6 – 9 p.m.

Relevant courses
You'll take classes designed to give you the skills employers want you to have.

Prior Learning Credits
Work experience, military service, professional certifications, and technical training service in AmeriCorps or the Peace Corps are all examples of ways you may have developed the experience and knowledge needed to earn Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) credit. When you earn credit through PLA, you may save a significant amount of money and complete your degree more quickly. Learn more.

The Support You Need
We understand that you’re busy and we have designed this program to offer the extra support you may need to make returning to school convenient. An academic advisor who recognizes the unique needs of our adult students will counsel you in the program on academic and transfer issues. Tutoring and additional support services are also available online and at all of our campus locations.

Earn Your Degree and Change your Life
When you complete your program, you will have a degree from CVTC - giving you increased earning potential and opportunity for career advancement. With an associate degree from CVTC, you'll earn an average of $7,000 more each year than you would with just a high school diploma. Over the course of your career this could be a difference of up to $400,000.
