Distance Education students who are unable to create an account from a CVTC campus network site may ask the library to set up their account. Fill out the E-mail Reference Form Include the following information: Student Identification Number (Your ID# begins with an @symbol followed by eight numeric digits) Name (last, first, middle initial) Program/Course information Password you have chosen A unique identifying question (used in the event you forget your password) [Example: What is my dog's name? Rover] E-mail address This information will be used to verify your enrollment at CVTC. You will be sent your username/password information via e-mail. Once you have received your account information from the Library, you will be able to access your own account information and change your own password.
