Responsible Beverage – WI State Section 125.17-6
Any person that sells, dispenses, or mixes alcoholic beverages should take the course. This includes owners, managers, license holders, bartenders, grocery store clerks, convenience store clerks, liquor store employees, waitresses and waiters. Topics covered are Wisconsin State Statutes 125, dealing with and identifying intoxicated persons, identifications, the 21-year-old law, closing hours, carry-out statutes and ordinances, and dealing with the public in regards to intoxicating beverages.
