  3. is a collection of electronic books (eBooks) available to CVTC staff, faculty, and students. This unique assortment of eBooks greatly increases the number of volumes and scope of the CVTC Library collection.

    Any eBook can be viewed through an Internet browser like Netscape or Explorer. Set up an account to access your eContent from any Internet connected computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An account lets you create a list of favorites, make notes in individual full-text eContent items, and customize your preferences. Your account must be set up from a computer on the campus network at a CVTC campus site.

    NetLibary can be accessed through CVTC's online catalog at http://cvtclib.wctc.edu/. Search by keyword "NetLibrary" to view a complete listing of all available eBooks. Specific authors, titles or subjects may also be searched. eBooks can be accessed directly through NetLibrary's Web site as well.

    Distance Education Student Accounts:

    NetLibrary access is restricted to faculty/staff/students of CVTC. Distance Education students who are unable to create an account from a CVTC campus network site may ask the library to set up their account.

    Fill out the E-mail Reference Form.
    Include the following information:

    1. Student Identification Number (Your ID# begins with an @symbol followed by eight numeric digits)
    2. Name (last, first, middle initial)
    3. Program/Course information
    4. Password you have chosen
    5. A unique identifying question (used in the event you forget your password) [Example: What is my dog's name? Rover]
    6. E-mail address

    This information will be used to verify your enrollment at CVTC. You will be sent your username/password information via e-mail. Once you have received your account information from the Library, you will be able to access your own account information and change your own password.
