CVTC has established procedures for the following emergencies: General Emergencies; Tornado/Storm Watch/Warning; Fire; Hazardous Gas, Chemicals, and Explosives; and Medical Emergencies. These procedures are set forth below for each CVTC campus/building:

Emergency Procedures for CVTC Staff and Students at Non-CVTC Locations.

If you are located at a non-CVTC location, such as a high school, job center, clinic, etc., it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures of the facility. If you are unable to obtain the procedures from the facility staff, please contact the CVTC Safety and Security Officer.

  This form is for use in documenting incidents such as fires, bomb threats, other threats, altercations, hazardous gas or chemical leaks, possession or use of weapons, medical emergencies, or other incidents that may cause harm to CVTC students, visitors, or staff.
