CVTC is pleased to provide a wide variety of state-of-the-art technologies to meet your meeting and seminar needs. The room fee structure is identified below.

Room reservations of four hours or less will be charged a minimum of one-half the regular room rate. (This does not apply to standard classrooms and computer/specialty lab room rates.)
Fees outside normal business hours will be billed at double the normal rate.
A Lease Application and Hold Harmless Agreement must be completed, signed, and submitted to reserve a room at CVTC; and the CVTC Use of Facilities by Outside Organizations Procedures must be reviewed and followed.
