2. Room reservations of four hours or less will be charged a minimum of one-half the regular room rate.
(Standard Classrooms not included.)
3. Fees outside normal business hours will be billed at double the normal rate. The double rate will apply to the
following times: 5 p.m. Friday through 7 a.m. Monday; and any time of day on holidays.
4. A Lease Application and Hold Harmless Agreement must be completed, signed, and submitted to reserve a
room at CVTC; and the CVTC Use of Facilities by Outside Organizations Procedures must be reviewed and
followed.
