Counseling Services

The counselors' primary mission is to assist students to maximize their potential for educational and occupational success.

Students are encouraged to consult with certified counselors about academic, career, employment, or personal issues.  Because college students face important and often difficult decisions, they should feel free to make use of the college counseling services.  Students can be assured of a confidential setting in which to explore their aspirations, abilities, interests, educational issues, and other concerns they may have.

• Register for CVTC student employment services

• Help students develop personal skills to succeed.
• Provide crisis intervention, brief counseling and professional referrals.
• Advocate on behalf of students.
