We hope this website will help provide you with information about the Criminal Justice Law-Enforcement program, faculty, club/fraternity, news, events and employment opportunities.

Our program is designed to prepare students for work in entry-level law enforcement, county and state corrections and private security. We offer students the opportunity to meet the requirements of the Wisconsin Standards Board. Students can also become certifiable as a law enforcement officer within the state of Wisconsin.

Students in the Criminal Justice Program have several possible options for achieving certification as a police officer in Wisconsin. It is important to note that it is not necessary to be certifiable at the time of employment. However, students who have been "certifiable" have achieved greater success in finding jobs in the past.

One of our most popular options for certification is Law Enforcement Track. This option is offered to second year students that meet all minimum requirements at the end of their first year of the program.

Our program is available in Eau Claire and River Falls, WI campus locations photo
