- Paul Waters is in his 26th year of instruction with the Hotel and Restaurant Management Program at CVTC. He has had extensive, on-going experience in the tourism and food service industry.
- Barbara Hoffman is now celebrating her 12th year with the Hotel and Restaurant Management Program at CVTC. She has over 20 years of industry experience including restaurant management, meeting/special event planning, and lodging.
