- At which campus is the Hotel and Restaurant Management program located?
The Hotel and Restaurant Management Program is located at CVTC's Eau Claire Business Campus in Eau Claire, WI.
- How long does it take to complete the Hotel and Restaurant Management program?
Our program is designed to be completed in four semesters or two years by following the recommended sequence of classes. We welcome part-time students who need to take a lighter load or are just interested in one or two classes.

- What is the average class size?
Our average lab class size is 14 students, and up to 27 students can enroll in the lecture/theory classes.
- What other learning opportunities are available?
Each year the Hotel and Restaurant Management students and instructors plan a variety of field trips. Past trips have included Las Vegas, Chicago, Orlando, Minneapolis, and Madison.
- Are distance education classes offered for this program?
Yes. Students may take some of their general education courses using the internet and instructional TV courses.
