ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Grace Rich
I joined CVTC in 1998, after teaching at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, a private business college in Boston, and co-owning a computer training company for several years.
I have a PhD from UW-Madison in adult education and computer education. I earned my Certified Records Manager (CRM) standing in 1994 and also hold the CPS certification (Certified Professional Secretary). My records management work includes supervising the records center staff at an environmental engineering firm and later coordinating the organization-wide records inventory for the home office and four offices nationwide.
In addition to teaching the classes in the online Records and Information Management (RIM) certificate, I also teach online Quality Customer Service classes, an entrepreneurship course, and facilitate at the self-paced Neillsville Business Technology Lab where I teach 17 different software courses offered in the Business Technology department.
Other than teaching, I most enjoy reading mystery books, riding motorcycle with my husband, and petting my cats.
