NIMS Options are divided into four categories. Some NIMS options affect your usage of WebAccess, others affect your NIMS account regardless of which mail client you use. WebAccess Settings Time-out - This option specifies the number of minutes of inactivity required before you are automatically logged out of WebAccess. This is useful for security, for example, if you accidentally left yourself logged into WebAccess from a public workstation. However, be careful not to set the Timeout value too low, otherwise you will be timed out of WebAccess while composing long messages. Reply To - Allows you to specify an alternate e-mail address to which you'd like users to address replies to your messages. If you enter an e-mail address in this box, then messages will be directed there when a recipient of one of your messages clicks Reply in their mail program. Default charset - You may need to change this if you are corresponding internationally. This setting should be left at the default of UTF-8, unless you have a specific reason to change it. Language - Allows you to change the language in which WebAccess is displayed. Select Template - The appearance of WebAccess is governed by templates which have been installed on the NIMS server and made available by the NIMS administrator. Messages per Page - Allows you to specify the number of messages that should be displayed on one page of the item list when viewing e-mail folders.    < Previous Page Main Menu Next Page >
