Human Resource professionals take care of the most important part of a business, it’s people! If you are a driven, detail oriented, people-person, then a career in Human Resources might be right for you. CVTC’s Human Resource’s degree program gives you the tools that you’ll need to take on this very important role in any business.

Learn to recruit and hire qualified employees, conduct employee orientation, implement compensation and wellness programs, and so much more! Exciting hands-on classes in HR law, Employee Relations and Recruitment and Selection will prepare you for the variety of day to day tasks that HR professionals encounter. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience with an internship. The network of local employers and knowledge that CVTC arms you with, puts you steps ahead of the competition.

Learn customer service techniques, professional etiquette, confidentiality requirements, working with different cultures and generational attitudes, and career paths in the human resource field.

Human Resource Law
