MASSAGE THERAPY 1
Introduction to the general theory, safety techniques, equipment, and legal and ethical requirements of the Massage Therapy profession. Students will begin learning hands-on foundational skills of massage therapy techniques.

MT APPLIED KINESIOLOGY 1
This course builds upon foundational knowledge of A&P, advancing students' understanding of the lower quadrant of the musculoskeletal system. Students will learn basic assessment of ROM and muscle length, normal movement patterns, to locate and palpate muscles and other landmarks.

MT ETHICS & BUSINESS PRACTICES
Students will understand the legal and ethical requirements for practice and continuing professional development. This course develops medical documentation skills, self-care strategies, and basic business skills.
