Deadlines

Registrations for seminars are accepted up to one week prior to the class start date. If a course does not meet the minimum number of participants one week prior, the course may cancel.

Parking

All CVTC campus parking lots require a parking permit. Please email us at businessindustry@cvtc.edu at least 24 hours in advance to have a permit emailed to you free of charge. You may also park without a permit, but are required to check in at the Visitor’s Center prior to the start of your training. Vehicles will be ticketed without proper permit or check-in documentation. Click here to view all campus parking maps.

Payment Information

All payments are due at time of registration.

Paid by Individual

1. Call 1-800-547-2882 to register and pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover). 

2. Register by completing course registration form, including payment information and fax/mail to number/address indicated on the registration form.

Paid by Company

• Please complete the course registration form for each participant and include a letter of intent to pay or a purchase order number and submit by fax or mail to address indicated on the registration form.
• Employer or employee may call to register by phone, but payment must be made at time of registration and all participant information must be known.
