Graduation ceremonies are held three times a year:
- in December for the fall semester
- in May for the spring semester
- in July for the summer semester.
Graduation is held in Eau Claire. See Graduation Dates on the left side of page for times and locations.
A few important details about each ceremony are listed below.
Eau Claire Commencement
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for guest seating. Ceremony begins at 7
Parking is available in the Hibbard and Phillips parking
lots, but will fill early. On-street parking is also available. Metered lots will be monitored. Attendees are encouraged to park in the Water Street, Haas Fine Arts, and the HSS parking lots and use the pedestrian footbridge to Zorn Arena. College campuses can be busy; please plan ahead.
The length of the ceremony will be approximately 1 1/2 hours.
A reception to honor the graduates will follow the ceremony. All graduates and guests are welcome to attend.
Tickets are required for all guests. Tickets are limited and only distributed to graduates. Tickets are for general admission and will not guarantee any
specific seat in Zorn Arena.
Guests without tickets are invited to view the ceremony remotely in the
Ojibwe Room in Davies Center. This is a nice option for elderly guests and
those with small children. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
The Eau Claire ceremony will also be available for viewing live online.
