CVTC provides many services and resources to enhance your college experience. Whether you're looking to get connected with resources on or off campus we're here to help.

Information and Service Center (ISC)

The ISC is your one-stop shop to get answers to your questions regarding a variety of CVTC information including:

  • Admissions
  • Registration and records
  • Financial aid
  • General CVTC information

Housing

​If you are looking for a place to live, CVTC can assist you! We provide three housing resources to help you locate student housing:

Bus Passes

​CVTC students in Eau Claire can obtain passes that allow for unlimited rides through the semester. Passes can be purchased, by credit students, at the Cashier’s Window in the Business Education Center. Student Activity Fees currently cover 50% of the ticket price; prices vary per semester. View Route Information.

Student Rights & Responsibilities

​We want to ensure that all students have a positive experiences and thrive in an environment that is conducive to harmonious living and learning. Library

Our library staff is happy to assist you in utilizing CVTC's large collection of materials. The library offers:

  • Books, periodicals & journal articles
  • Computer lab
  • Quiet study area
  • Rooms for group work

Health Services

Basic health care services are available for CVTC students. ​​ Services offered:

  • Diagnosis and treatment of medical problems
  • Women's and men's ​gen​eral health care
  • General physical exams
  • Required health physicals for admissions into certain CVTC programs

Student ID

Photo identification cards are available at the Student Life Office. Credit students
providing a current computer generated class schedule will receive their first photo identification card free of charge. CVTC ID cards are good for a period of two (2) years. CVTC ID cards are required to check items out of the CVTC library and to utilize the
buyback program at the bookstore. Students may also receive discounts in the community when presenting their student ID.

Parking

​Student parking is available at all CVTC campuses. A parking permit is needed and can be purchased from the Safety and Security Office at the Business Education Center. If you are taking classes at more than one campus, only one permit is needed. Permits are not needed after 5pm.

The student parking lot at the Business Education and Health Education Centers is located on the south side of Clairemont Avenue, next to the Health Education Center. A walk bridge is available to access the Business Education Center. There are no designated student parking lots at the other CVTC campuses.
