Payment Methods for Tuition, Fees, and Books

​CVTC is committed to helping students finance their education in a way that best suits their individual needs. Use this page to help choose the option that is right for you.

Payment Policy

The act of registering for a class creates an obligation to pay. All classes at CVTC have a limited number of seats available. You are responsible for the financial obligation regardless of your class attendance. You must have one of the four payment options below in place by the payment due date or your classes will be dropped for non payment. A $100 non-refundable late fee is assessed if the account is not paid in full or a payment option is not completed after the start of the semester.

​Pay your tuition and fees online in Cashier Connection

Log on to My CVTC, click SIS, click Student, then click Cashier Connection.

You may pay using a bank account, credit, or debit card.

Enroll in the Tuition/Books and Fees Payment Plan

Our popular payment plan option allows you to pay your account balance in installments. Learn more about this option

​Financial Aid 

Charge your tuition, books, and fees using your awarded financial aid.

​Employer or Agency-Sponsored

Submit to the Cashier's Office a company check, purchase order, or billing authorization form prior to the payment due date. Students are responsible for any remaining balance prior to the end of the payment due date.
