  • ​The Cashier Connection is the simple and easy way for you to manage your student financial account activity. You can view your bills, make payments, enroll in a payment plan, get electronic refunds, set up authorized users, and so much more.

Online Bill Pay
  • Check your account balance.
  • Make a payment towards your balance.
  • View payment history and statements.
  • Allow others to view your bill and make payments.
  • Receive text and email message notification of your e-bill.
  • ​Pay your balance in monthly installments.
  • Purchase books at the CVTC Bookstore.
  • Adjustments will be made in the event that you add or drop courses or receive financial aid.
  • These adjustments will be made automatically (viewable within 24 hours).
  • Refunds are electronically deposited into your account.
  • Receive financial aid funds directly into your bank account.
  • Receive email notification of the direct deposit.
  • Added protection against theft and time delays from lost checks.
  • ​Receive text and email notification of your e-bill.
  • View/print your statement.
