CVACTE Raises over $700 for Student Emergency Fund

The Chippewa Valley Association for Career and Technical Education (CVACTE) held a pizza/brat party to raise funds for the CVTC Foundation’s Student Emergency Fund.  Through the donations and raffle ticket sales, over $730 was raised.

Brats, donated by Gordy’s, were prepared by CVTC’s own grill master, Jerry Moldenhauer.  Pizza for the sport-themed event was donated by Bernatello’s Pizza.

Raffle prizes were donated by Scheel’s, Northside Auto, and Chippewa Valley Sporting Goods.  Winners included Karin Rassbach, Heidi Fisher, Tom Lange, Jim Bockenfeld, Allen Spaeth, and Rod Schultz.

“I love it when people can have fun, but yet raise money for a great cause,” commented Heidi Fisher, Director of the CVTC Foundation. “This money will go far and will help a number of students at CVTC.”
