Our Faculty

Program Director Don Raymond B.S. RRT has over 18 years of clinical experience, having worked @ Loyola University Medical Center. He has experience in neonatal, pediatric, adult critical care, hyperbaric medicine. He has participated in research projects on the use of surfactant in ARDS, INO beta site, the APT 1010 HFJV investigational project. He has 7 years of supervisory management experience. He has been active from the start of the program with the integration of Clinical Simulation Technologies in the program at Chippewa Valley Technical College.

Director of Clinical Education Theresa Meinen B.S. RRT has over 10 years of clinical experience, having worked at Rockford Memorial in Rockford, Illinois, and at Luther-Midelfort Hospital in Eau Claire,WI. She has also worked in homecare , long term ventilator care. Theresa has been a strong advocate for the field of Respiratory Therapy in the Chippewa Valley. She is currently a Board Member of the Wisconsin Society of Respiratory Care.

Adjunct instructor Thomas Devine B.S. RRT is a graduate of University of North Dakota and has a wealth of clinical experience to the classroom and clinical coursework.


Adjunct instructor Amy Kaz RRT is a graduate of Midstate Technical College in Marshfield,WI; and has a wealth of clinical experience to the classroom and clinical coursework.
