Flags at Half Staff - November 7, 2009

By Executive Order #294, the Governor has ordered that the US and Wisconsin flags be flown at half-staff as a mark of respect for Sergeant Nikolas Mueller of the US Army who lost his life while serving his country in Operation Enduring Freedom.  The order is in effect beginning at sunrise on Saturday, November 7, 2009, and ending at sunset on that day.
