The CVTC Help Desk provides technical support for issues such as computer problems, CVTC software issues, and lost passwords. You can receive assistance from the Help Desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling or submitting an online request form.

The Technology Help Center located inside of My CVTC contains easy-to-follow step-by-step guides and tutorials designed to provide assistance on technologies such as, Microsoft software, setting up your email, configuring your laptop for CVTC wireless capability, and much more.
