Payment Options
Payment Policy
The act of registering for a class creates an obligation to pay. All classes at CVTC have a limited number of seats available. Your registration reserves a seat in each of your classes.
Payment Methods
A payment option needs to be in place within 14 days of your registration date or by the first day of the semester, whichever is earliest. At CVTC we make it easy to pay your tuition and fees by offering various payment options:

Defer Tuition
|
You can defer your tuition by:
- Getting approval and authorization from a third party, such as an employer, or Workforce Resource. The third party should submit documentation that they are covering the cost of tuition and it needs to go on file with the Cashiers’ Office. The college will bill the approving agency for authorized tuition and fees.
- Getting approved for Financial Aid. The application process for Financial Aid is covered in the next section of this orientation.
