Which Automotive Program Is For Me?

You may be asking yourself this question.  Determine what your goals are, then take a look at the following characteristics of students that complete each program.

Students who complete the Automotive Maintenance Technician Program:

• Want to be done with school in one year
   
• Want skills necessary to become:
  • Lube Technician
  • Brake Technician
  • Suspension & Steering Technician
  • Alignment Technician
  • Service Writer
     

Students who complete the Automotive Technician Program:

• Want the skills to service vehicles in all eight areas of repair
   
• Have two years to devote to schooling
   
• Want to run their own business someday
   
• Want skills necessary to become:
  • General Service Technician
  • Lead Service Technician
  • Shop Foreman
  • Service Writer
  • Service Manager
