Marcela RaphaelI am happy to be part of the Accounting faculty team at the CVTC. I earned a BS in English Education from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas - PUCC in Brazil and earned a BA in Accounting at Lakeland College - Sheboygan, WI. I also attended two full years of Law School at PUCC, São Paulo, Brazil before relocating to Wisconsin. I was recently awarded the E-learning and Online Teaching Graduate Certificate and I am finishing up a Masters of Career and Technical Education at the University of Wisconsin Stout. I have taught and advised first year students at the UW–Stout and I have been working for local CPA firms, and most recently, I launched my own public accounting practice to keep up with current practices. I live in Menomonie, WI and enjoy bicycling around town with the family, gardening, and traveling. I married my best friend and we are blessed with a very special couple of teenagers.
I do love to learn and I celebrate life every day without taking anything for granted.

Matt FishI am extremely excited to be part of the teaching staff here at CVTC. Teaching others is a passion that I have. I feel extremely blessed to have an opportunity to teach the students that will fulfill a need for the businesses of our local economy. I was born and raised in this community and am honored and proud to be educating those of the community that have a desire to advance their career through the pursuit of additional education.
I have earned a comprehensive undergraduate accounting degree, as well a Master of Business Administration degree, both from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. I have nine years of practical accounting experience within the local economy, two years working at a local public accounting firm, six years working as the Controller for SourceCut Industries, Inc. (a local manufacturing organization), and one year working as a Financial Business Analyst for Phillips Plastics (a local manufacturing organization). I have also had the opportunity to teach accounting to University of Wisconsin Stout students as an adjunct professor.
I currently call Pleasantville, WI. home, where I serve as a medical first responder and an assistant chief of the volunteer fire department. I enjoy spending time with my family (three sons, a daughter, and a lovely wife) in the quaint setting that Pleasantville has to offer.
