Core Course Eligibility (CCE) Forms are a means for students currently designated with pre-program status to notify Admissions that they have successfully completed all academic requirements and are now eligible for entry into program core courses and/or placement on a waiting list.

If students have any questions regarding the form, they are encouraged to contact a counselor prior to filing.

• Students may file online from any computer with Internet access. Computers will be available at CVTC campuses for use by students. The form will be available starting at 8 a.m. Electronic Core Course Eligibility Form
• All academic and/or program requirements must be completed in order to process the CCE Form.
• Some programs require documentation to be submitted with the form. If filing online, the documentation must be submitted to the Admissions Office prior to filing. If filing in person, the documentation can be submitted on/or before the filing date. Forms submitted without required documentation will not be processed.
• Being on a waiting list means you are prepared to begin program core courses in the semester you have indicated.
