Core Course Eligibility (CCE) Forms are a means for students currently designated with pre-program status to notify Admissions that they have successfully completed all academic requirements and are now eligible for entry into program core courses and/or placement on a waiting list.

CCE Forms may be submitted on the dates and times listed below. If students have any questions regarding the form, they are encouraged to contact a counselor prior to filing.

• For students completing academic requirements for the summer 2008 semester, the earliest date to submit CCE Forms is August 1, 2008. 
• Students may file online from any computer with Internet access. Computers will be available at CVTC campuses for use by students. The form will be available starting at 8 a.m.
• Forms may also be submitted in person beginning at 8 a.m. on August 1, 2008 at the following CVTC campuses: Chippewa Falls , Eau Claire Clairemont Campus Business Education Center , Menomonie, Neillsville, or River Falls .
• Forms filed online or in person will be time dated to the second and processed in the same database.
• All academic and/or program requirements must be completed in order to process the CCE Form.
• Some programs require documentation to be submitted with the form. If filing online, the documentation must be submitted to the Admissions Office prior to filing. If filing in person, the documentation can be submitted on/or before the filing date. Forms submitted without required documentation will not be processed.
• Remember, being on a waiting list means you are ready to begin the core courses. Always indicate your preferred "semester start date" whether or not there is a waiting list. You will not be on the Waiting List if the preferred starting date you request is after the current semester. Example: If your preferred start date is January 2009; you would not appear on the August 2008 list.

Students who cannot file electronically or be present on August 1, 2008, may submit their completed forms prior to the filing date. A note explaining the circumstances must be attached to the form. Early submission forms will be time dated as of 11:59 a.m. on August 1, 2008.
