Graduation
Graduating students MUST complete and submit the Electronic Graduation Form to have an academic record evaluation completed. The Graduation Form must be submitted even if a student is not planning to attend the Graduation Ceremony.

All students in their final semester should complete the Degree Evaluation in SIS so they are aware of their eligibility status. This should be done in addition to submitting the Electronic Graduation Form.
LAST DAY TO SUBMIT THE GRADUATION FORM: The submission deadline is Thursday, July 9 for the July 2009 graduation. Only submit form once. Students submitting the form after this date will not be listed in the Graduation Program publication.
As the graduation audits are completed, eligible students will be added to the Eligible Candidates List that is posted on the CVTC website. Please allow two weeks for this process. The list is updated on Fridays. The list for the July 2009 ceremony will be available mid-June.
Students submitting names on July 9 may not see their name
on the list before Thursday, July 23.
NOTE: Submitting the electronic form does NOT automatically add the student's name to the candidate web list. The audit must be finalized first, and the student determined eligible for graduation before the name is published.
