CVTC provides many different services that benefit both potential employers, as well as recent CVTC graduates. One such service is the CVTC Internship Program that provides employers with enthusiastic workers willing to learn and gain real-world experience. The student interns have found that this experience provides extremely valuable first-hand knowledge of their chosen field and how the workplace really functions.

Employers may connect with recent CVTC graduates and current students by posting a job opening to Wisconsin TechConnect, a free recruiting tool for employers. TechConnect makes it easy to find the CVTC graduates with the skills the employer requires, right from the employer's computer.

To ensure that the CVTC graduates meet the needs of their employers, CVTC offers the Guaranteed Retraining program, which will address the areas that are of concern to the employer, tuition free.
