Professional Development

It is critical that CVTC maintain faculty and staff expertise through professional development opportunities. The nature of technical education requires that CVTC offers programs and training that is in sync with business and industry. Contributions for professional development can be directed to a particular academic area or to the Foundation’s general endowment fund for professional development.

• Provide faculty and staff training opportunities
• Provide course work and programming that can be adapted faster and more frequently for rapidly changing industries and technologies
• Provide higher quality instruction to produce higher quality graduates
