How To Apply

To be considered for a position at CVTC, a completed Application for Employment  form is requested. You may only apply for positions that are currently posted on our web site.

Part-Time (Adjunct) / Substitute Instructor applicants have a specific application process different from that of other positions. In addition to submitting an Application for Employment, Part-Time (Adjunct) / Substitute Instructor applicants only should also complete the on-line Candidate Information and Selection Form.

Or, you may pick up application materials in person between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Friday in Human Resources room 104 at our Clairemont Campus, Business Education Center, located at 620 West Clairemont Avenue in Eau Claire, WI.

Application materials cannot be faxed or emailed to applicants. You must submit a CVTC Application for Employment Form (and requested application materials such as resume, cover letter, and copies of transcripts) for each position you apply for. We are not able to copy application materials forward (including application form, resume, cover letter, and copies of transcripts) from previous positions you may have applied for.

Application materials can be addressed to the Search and Screening Committee. A CVTC application and transcripts are required for most positions. In addition, you can include other materials with your application such as cover letter, resume, etc. See details within each position notice for specific instructions.

You will receive an E-mail or letter confirming our office received your materials. In addition, applicants are able to check the status of the position applied for online.
