Why can't I connect to My CVTC using HiSpeed NETZERO as my Internet Service Provider (ISP)?
NETZERO High Speed users may not be able to connect to My CVTC due to the way in which NETZERO attempts to speed up your connection. If you experience this problem you will see a message similar to the one below when attempting to login to My CVTC.

  1. You must turn off the NETZERO HiSpeed connection to My CVTC (http://mycvtc.cvtc.edu). To do this invoke the settings option under the popup filter menu from the Netzero toolbar.

  2. Select the Exclusion tab from the menu. After selecting the exclusion tab:
    • Enter mycvtc.cvtc.edu in the box provided
    • Select the Add button.
    • Click on the OK button

My CVTC (http://mycvtc.cvtc.edu) will now be excluded from high speed access and allow you to properly connect.
