Student Rentals
Looking for a place to live in Eau Claire? Rental agencies and private parties post available housing on the CVTC Housing List.
Landlords
If you would like to list your rental facility with Chippewa Valley Technical College, please print and fill out the Housing Information and Agreement Form. If you would like a form mailed to you, please contact Karen Burggraf at 715-833-6267.

UWEC Partnership
If you are looking for an on-campus residential experience you could live in the dorms at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. A limited number of CVTC students have the opportunity to reside in the university residence halls during the academic year. These spaces typically fill by February of the previous year. Interested students should contact UWEC directly for more information on accommodations, cost, meal plans, and housing policies.
