Why did you choose E-learning at CVTC?
Convenience! I like being able to work independently. Online classes make going to school and working a 40+ hour week possible.

What are some things you like about E-Learning classes?
I am a big supporter of the hybrid classes. I like the format of online plus in-class learning. It lets me be independent, yet have personal interaction with the instructor and meet some of my classmates. Also, see above answer about convenience.

Anything you don't like about E-Learning classes?
Nothing that I can think of; I am very happy with the ones Ive taken. A personal dislike is that I tend to procrastinate and that is really bad.

Are you able to interact with other students attending online classes?
Discussion boards are a great way to interact.

Do you have a favorite class?
I am a big fan of my current class: Selling Principles.

Any common misconceptions about online classes that you would like to set straight?
That they arent as much work as an in-class class! You have to be on your game to take an online course. If you dont go through the material that is offered you will be unprepared for tests and other homework.

Any advice you would like to give to future online students?
Prioritize! Dont wait until the last minute to do work. Just because assignments are only due on two days of the week doesnt mean that you only should work on the homework two days a week.
