Health Education Center

Across the arched footbridge from the Business Education Center is the Health Education Center, which has long addressed the need for quality health care. As the Chippewa Valley is growing as a regional health care center, CVTC is expanding programming and implementing state-of-the-art simulation technology. This includes the four new Human Patient Simulators, in the world class Virtual Medical Center,that can be networked together to provide instruction available at only one other non-military setting.

CVTC recently expanded and remodeled its Health Education Center and partnered with UW Health Eau Claire Family Medicine Clinic and Marquette University School of Dentistry to provide medical care for the residents of the Chippewa Valley as well as clinical sites for students and dental care to the low-income and uninsured residents of the Chippewa Valley as well as clinical sites for students. The new and remodeled building will allow CVTC to double its enrollment in most health programs. The updated facility will offer opportunities to build on a model of simulation-based training that is currently in use at CVTC.

This partnership now brings The Center for Continuing Medical Education to the area.

Short-term visitor parking is located adjacent to the Health Education Center. Just check in at the Campus Office upon arrival and your parking needs will be met.
