Fill out your MPN online

To receive a Federal Stafford Loan at CVTC, you must be able to answer "yes" to ALL of the following questions or be in the process of completing the item in the question:
  1. Have you been accepted into a financial aid eligible program at CVTC?
  2. Has your FAFSA application been processed by the Department of Education and electronically forwarded to CVTC?
  3. Have you been awarded a Federal Stafford Loan (included on your award letter)?
  4. Are you a first-time student loan borrower? If yes, you must complete Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling before any loan proceeds will be applied to your account. When you complete your Master Promissory Note (MPN), you will be prompted to complete loan entrance counseling. If you completed your MPN and did not complet loan entrance counseling you can complete it now at the entrance counseling website.
  5. Have you selected a lender yet? If not, view the lender volume list. Be sure to write down the Lender Name and Code before you start filling out your MPN.
