Collaboration Sessions
Collaboration Sessions are like virtual classrooms – they allow users to engage in a real-time discussion with other users, access the Web, and engage in question and answer sessions. Users may also access the Whiteboard to display text and images.
Accessing a Collaboration Session
- Click the Communication button.
- Click Collaboration.
- Click Join to get into a session.
Note: A Java Plug-in is required for the Collaboration Session to run. Java Plug-in should download and begin installation automatically once you select the Join button. If you have difficulty, click the download the Java Plug-in link and follow installation instructions.
