Accessing a Live Meeting Session
In order to attend a Live Meeting session you'll need to have the Live Meeting Client installed on your computer. Classes that use Live Meeting and are scheduled in CVTC computer labs are preloaded with the Live Meeting client. If you are on a computer without the Live Meeting client you may installed for free from Microsoft:

To gain access to the Live Meeting session you’ll need to access the invitation you were send from the presenter. Invitations may come in the following forms:
- Email Invitation
- Outlook Meeting Request
- Link from a Blackboard Course
If you are joining a reoccuring meeting, such as a class, you'll need to have access to this invitation for every session.
