The classes in the marketing program…

are exciting and educational. I am really happy with the choice of classes offered and the cost. You actually get hands on experience along with the education, which you would not get in a University Program.

I chose Marketing at CVTC because...

I can college transferable credits at a fair price. I also like the fact you get hands on experience along with your education.

I recommend the Marketing Program because...

you get the education you need along with hands on experience at a more affordable price. Most of the courses are college transferable credits, so if you want to further your education after you get your degree at CVTC, you have this to work off of.

The Marketing Instructors

The Marketing Instructors are wonderful. I have had to take a little bit of time off due to a couple of surgeries. I let them know ahead of time and they would email me the assignments, and the information from the class. They did not let me fall behind because they knew how important getting my degree is to me. They are very flexible and very fair.

The best thing I like about CVTC is the relaxing atmosphere, the friendliness of the office staff, instructors, janitorial staff, cafe staff and also the students. The hands on experience is wonderful. You just don’t get this kind of experience at a university.

My most memorable moment in the program so far is…

the day that our Promotional Principles class had to come up with a integrative marketing communication promotion and then present the campaign to the actual client. This brought teams together, working hard to get that “right BIG IDEA” and sell it. I was nervous but at the same time very excited.

My future plans are...

to finish my degree at CVTC and even then take a few more classes that are related to this program. I feel that CVTC has a lot to offer most any career. The hands on experience sure is a huge plus to the program. The instructors are very qualified for the position they are in and can teach the material, but a lot of them offer life experience that we all can relate to.
