This certificate provides foundational knowledge and skills for a food industry worker on processing and regulations needed to ensure food quality and safety. The learner will apply common food safety, sampling, and analysis tools. Technical skills will be developed in food regulations, food analysis, food microbiology, and the application of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) to maintain biologically safe practices.
