The Right Choice
CVTC and local high schools have partnered to offer students who are at least 16 years old and interested in pursuing a career in healthcare an opportunity to earn high school and college credit. Dual credit academies give high school students a chance to navigate their interests and career options to develop the most successful individualized career path. Credits earned through this academy may be applied to CVTC programs and transfer to other colleges. Students who successfully complete EMT1/EMR will have the opportunity to complete their Emergency Medical Responder Certification.
