CVTC is proud to showcase the Culinary Management program students in their very own restaurant. At 620 West, students hone their skills in all aspects of their studies, from food preparation to restaurant management. As a learning environment, there may be an occasional missed item or burnt food, but in this style of education, some failure is vital to the success of the students. Students learn from these experiences, which is why restaurant guests need to be part of the educational process.

This semester, our students are offering special to-go orders that are perfect for meetings. Call ahead to order coffee, scones, muffins, and other rotating menu items for your group.
Cakes are also available! Place your cake or meeting order by calling 715-978-6098. We recommend calling one week in advance for specialty items.

Are you ready to enjoy cuisine from around the world? Stop by the Culinary Kitchen on Thursdays to pick up one of our prepared, ready-to-eat entrées. Each week, the menu and offerings change. Plates are $10 each for CVTC colleagues and the public, and $7 per student.
