CVTC is proud to showcase the Culinary Management program students in their very own restaurant. At 620 West, students hone their skills in all aspects of their studies, from food preparation to restaurant management. As a learning environment, there may be an occasional missed item or burnt food, but in this style of education, some failure is vital to the success of the students. Students learn from these experiences, which is why restaurant guests need to be part of the educational process.

Monday - Friday // 7:30 – 9 a.m.
Start your day with coffee, specialty drinks and pastries! This fall is a test run of daily coffee service. Stop by, give it a try and share your feedback to help shape future morning offerings.

Spring Term - Starting Tuesday, February 17
Wednesdays // 7:30 – 11 a.m.
Need a snack or forgot your lunch? Stop by for fresh grab-and-go options, including savory bites and sweet treats. Offerings rotate regularly, so check back often.
620 West Restaurant
Wednesdays // 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Stop by the Culinary Kitchen entrance and grab a freshly prepared bagged lunch for $10, perfect for fueling the rest of your day.
