CVTC is proud to showcase the Culinary Management program students in their very own restaurant. At 620 West, students hone their skills in all aspects of their studies, from food preparation to restaurant management. As a learning environment, there may be an occasional missed item or burnt food, but in this style of education, some failure is vital to the success of the students. Students learn from these experiences, which is why restaurant guests need to be part of the educational process.

Looking for a sit-down meal with restaurant-style service? Our Culinary students would love to welcome you as their guest. Choose your entrée, and enjoy it in the restaurant or take it to go!

Tuesdays // 8 – 11 a.m.
Thursdays // 8 – 11 a.m.
Start your morning at the Café with a rotating menu of breakfast favorites, coffee, and other quick take-and-go options to fuel your day.
