CVTC provides customized training, testing, and technical assistance services for businesses, organizations, and government agencies. Rates are outlined below by service area. Unless otherwise noted, all services are billed at the standard contract training rate.

Supplies and materials are charged as a direct cost within the contract based upon specific offering and associated cost (includes duplicating > $5).
Transport of mobile lab units is charged at the current per gallon price in addition to instructional rates incurred for training.
Exceptions to this rate structure must be approved by the Provost/Vice President of Academic & Student Affairs or the Vice President of Strategic Communications & Engagement/Chief of Staff.
Full contract cost shall be charged per the WTCS Contracts for Services and Contract Reporting System Manual. Reports provided quarterly to the district board for any contract initiated in the previous quarter for which less than full cost is charged. The reports shall identify the estimated full cost of each contract, the amount charged, and the rationale for charging less than full cost.
