We have developed several series that address specific needs within organizations for entry-level employees to executive leadership. These series are structured to provide employers with increased flexibility and options to meet the scheduling demands of their team members. Any of the series listed below can be delivered on-site at your business or in a cohort group with other like employers. Individual classes within a series can also be taken ad-hoc to fit your needs.

This series is geared toward new leaders and those looking to lead in the future and focuses on the development of the employee and the skills necessary to be an engaged member of your workforce teams. Designed for frontline supervisors to gain basic HR knowledge or emerging leaders with limited knowledge in HR, this series focuses on the people management and organizational culture of your business. These can be taken independently for individual development needs or as a series.
