Find Your Future in Manufacturing

You like seeing the results of your work each day, and you also like using your mind and hands to troubleshoot and solve problems. Combine that with a desire for a top-paying job and you’ll see the advantages of CVTC’s Manufacturing programs. Modern manufacturing is high tech, and highly trained workers are needed to operate the machinery and keep it running efficiently. In programs like Machine Tooling Technics and Welding, students are learning how to operate computerized equipment that increases production efficiency. Mechatronics Specialist and Automation Engineering Technologists are specialists in designing and programming equipment, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining it.

Manufacturing program graduates are some of the most sought-after by area employers, who are offering generous compensation to attract applicants. Students are often recruited to begin work part-time while completing their education, with some companies offering tuition assistance. There are typically several jobs available in the market for every CVTC Manufacturing graduate.
