Business Finance In this course aspects of organizational finance will be explored. Students will learn how to interpret financial statements as well as learning the process of budget analysis. It is imperative that leaders understand how to control and analyze the budgets they are responsible for.
Marketing Principles A comprehensive look at marketing concepts and functions. Concepts include: marketing mix, marketing decision making, segmentation, promotion, research, product development, distribution, and logistics. Marketing Principles introduces modern marketing practices, studies the essential role played by marketing in society, as well as techniques used for various industries.
Entrepreneurial Ideas In this course, students will generate ideas for entrepreneurial businesses, analyze market conditions, and determine the opportunities that exist for an entrepreneurial venture. Students will learn about lean startups and determine the product-market fit/viability of the business idea.
