Health Pathway Overview

Start your path to a career in the medical field with CVTC's Health Pathway. This option gives you a flexible, affordable way to earn general education credits while giving you a career-focused educational foundation to help you transition into a health-related bachelor's degree program at a four-year school. This pathway has a strong focus on math and science to ensure you are on the most efficient transfer path and are ready for your future bachelor's degree.

In CVTC's Health Pathway, you will work closely with your academic advisor to build a course schedule that fits your educational and career goals. Start with two years of transferable credits for a fraction of the cost of a four-year school. Along with your general education courses, you may take courses including Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Terminology, Digital Literacy – Health Care, and more. This pathway program does not provide certification to work as a healthcare professional.

Then, take advantage of CVTC's transfer agreements with many private and public four-year colleges and universities, including UW-Eau Claire, UW-Stout, and UW-River Falls, and earn your full bachelor's degree with a healthy amount of savings!
